The China IPR Helpdesk, in cooperation with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and SPIRIT Slovenia, is organizing an online training about the protection of Intellectual Property (IP) in China.

IP constitutes an important business asset for SMEs as it provides with comparative advantage over competitors and protects a company's innovations. A comprehensive IP Strategy is crucial for your business success when planning to enter the Chinese market, as neglecting IP could even result in the end of your business endeavor. Thus, it is important to have fundamental knowledge about IP, and a solid understanding of how to exploit it as business asset.

Mr Jörg-Michael Scheil, one of China IPR Helpdesk experts, will provide an overview of IP protection in China and offer expert tips for developing a comprehensive IP strategy, through case studies and best practices.

Attendees will also be able to raise any specific questions during a final Q&A session.
