Event Description:

Intellectual Property (IP) is a crucial aspect for a successful internationalisation strategy. An effective protection of IP is essential to ensure that your products are competitive on foreign markets and that innovation cannot be exploited by third parties.

The China and South-East Asia IPR SME Helpdesks are hosting a webinar in partnership with the YTU Yildiz Teknopark to provide more information on the IP landscape in China and SEA. The IP Expert Simon Cheetham will take part in the live session and address patent protection and tech-transfer in these regions, focusing in particular on the recent developments during of the Covid-19 pandemic. The training will also offer practical examples and case studies of companies dealing with IP in these regions.

The webinar will be in English and offer the opportunity for attendees to engage with the IP specialist during a final Q&A session.
