The China IPR SME Helpdesk in collaboration with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia organized a webinar on Brand and Design IP Protection in China. It was presented by IP Business Advisor Mr. Matias Zubimendi. Matias gave an overview of IP protection relating to SMEs’ brand and industry design, explained how to deal with brand-related IP disputes, provided practical advice on IP commercialisation and enforcement strategies for trade mark and design rights.
