PREPARATION FOR THE FAIR

 
Before exhibiting at a tradefair, it is important to make sure that you are prepared to deal with any IPR issues that arise at the fair. Ensure that you have all of the documents you would need to prove ownership of your rights, and be sure that you have researched the IP facilities and potential infringers that might be at the tradefair. This will mean that if you do have an IPR issue, it can be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible. DOCUMENTATION RESEARCH
