World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) SME Division
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is a specialised agency of the United Nations. It is dedicated to developing a balanced and accessible international intellectual property (IP) system, which rewards creativity, stimulates innovation and contributes to economic development while safeguarding the public interest.

EU-China Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR2)
IPR2 works with the Chinese and European government authorities and business communities to improve the effectiveness of IPR enforcement in China. This takes place in the overall context of aiming to support the smooth transition of China into the world trading system and contributing to its transition to a market economy.

IP Law Search
The IP Law Search is run by IPR2 and provides access to laws for IP Protection in both China and the European Union.

European Patent Office
The European Patent Office (EPO) provides a uniform application procedure for individual inventors and companies seeking patent protection in up to 38 European countries. It is the executive arm of the European Patent Organisation.

Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry of the European Commission

Intellectual Property Protection in China
Sponsored by Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of the People's Republic of China, this site is currently the only comprehensive governmental portal to publicize the government's efforts and achievements in IPR protection.

State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China
The State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) is responsible for the drafting of proposals of and amendments to patent-related legislations, administration of nation-wide patent affairs, and the coordination of international affairs in the IP field. In addition, the Patent Office is set up under SIPO.

National Copyright Administration of the People´s Republic of China
National Copyright Administration (NCAC) drafts laws, regulations, and rules in relation to copyright. It also draws up administrative policies and measures and oversees their implementation. In addition, the NCAC investigates and deals with copyright infringement cases on a national level.
